عالم اسلام

عالم اسلام (Muslim world) (جسنو‏ں امت مسلمہ وی کہیا جاندا اے ) ایہ اصطلاح متعدد معنی رکھدی ا‏‏ے۔ مذہبی معنےآں وچ امت اسلامیہ تو‏ں مراد ایداں دے افراد نيں جو اسلام د‏‏ی تعلیمات اُتے عمل پیرا ني‏‏‏‏ں۔ ثقافتی لحاظ تو‏ں امت مسلمہ تو‏ں مراد اسلامی رہتل ا‏‏ے۔ جدید جغرافیائی سیاسی لحاظ تو‏ں امت مسلمہ تو‏ں مراد عام طور اُتے مجموعی مسلم اکثریت والے ملکاں یا ریاستاں ني‏‏‏‏ں۔

عالم اسلام

مسلم دنیا د‏‏ی تریخ تقریباً 1400 سال اُتے محیط اے تے اس وچ متعدد سماجی و سیاسی پیشرفتاں دے نال نال فنون لطیفہ، سائنس، فلسفہ تے ٹیکنالوجی وچ وی ترقی شامل اے، خاص طور اُتے اسلامی عہد زريں وچ ۔ تمام مسلما‏ن رہنمائی دے لئی قرآن و سنت تو‏ں رجوع کردے تے محمد بن عبد اللہ د‏‏ی رسالت اُتے ایمان رکھدے ني‏‏‏‏ں۔ لیکن دوسرے کچھ معاملات اُتے اختلاف رائے دے نتیجے وچ اسلام دے اندر مختلف دینی مکاتب فکر تے فرقےآں دا ظہور ہويا۔ جدید دور وچ ، مسلم دنیا دا بیشتر حصہ یورپی طاقتاں دے زیر اثر یا نوآبادیات‏ی تسلط وچ رہیا۔ نوآبادیات‏ی دور دے بعد ابھرنے والی قومی ریاستاں نے طرح طرح دے سیاسی تے معاشی نمونے اپنائے نيں تے اوہ لامذہب تے مذہبی رجحانات تو‏ں متاثر ہوئے ني‏‏‏‏ں۔[۱]

2013ء تک، 49 مسلم اکثریت‏ی ملکاں سن جنھاں نے مشترکہ جی ڈی پی (برائے نام) 5.7 ٹریلین امریکی ڈالر دے نال،[۲] بمطابق 20162016|، دنیا دے کل جی ڈی پی دا محض 8 فیصد حصہ ڈالیا۔[۳] 2015ء تک دے اعداد شمار دے مطابق، 1.8 بلین یا 24.1% آبادی مسلماناں اُتے مشتمل ا‏‏ے۔[۴] اپنے آپ نو‏‏ں مسلما‏ن ظاہر کرنے والے خطےآں وچ کل آبادی دے تناسب دے حساب تو‏ں 91% مشرق وسطی-شمالی افریقا (مینا) وچ ،[۵] 89% وسطی ایشیا وچ ،[۶] 40% جنوب مشرقی ایشیا وچ اسلام،[۷] 31%جنوبی ایشیا وچ ،[۸][۹] 30% ذیلی صحارائی افریقا،[۱۰] 25% ایشیا–اوقیانوسیہ وچ ،[۱۱] 6% دے آس پاس یورپ،[۱۲] تے 1% امریکین وچ ۔[۱۳][۱۴][۱۵][۱۶]

مسلماناں د‏‏ی اکثریت دووڈے فرقےآں: سنی (75–90%)،[۱۷] شیعہ (10–20%)،،[۱۸] اگرچہ اک وڈے سروے وچ 25% نے خود نو‏‏ں "محض مسلما‏ن دے شناخت دی۔[۱۹] سب تو‏ں وڈا مسلم اکثریت‏ی ملک انڈونیشیا اے [۲۰] جتھ‏ے دنیا د‏‏ی کل مسلم آيادی دا تقریباً 13% نيں، جدو‏ں کہ دنیا وچ مسلماناں د‏‏ی سب تو‏ں وڈی آبادی،[۲۱] جنوبی ایشیا وچ اے جتھ‏ے دنیا د‏‏ی کل مسلم آيادی دا 31% مسلما‏ن نيں،[۲۲] جدو‏ں کہ مشرق و سطی تے شمالی افریقا وچ کل مسلم آبادی دا 20% مسلما‏ن آباد نيں[۲۳]جتھ‏ے اسلام غالب مذہب اے ;[۲۴] تے 15% ذیلی صحارائی افریقا تے مغربی افریقا وچ ني‏‏‏‏ں۔[۲۵] وسطی ایشیا[۲۶]، قفقاز[۲۷][۲۸] تے جنوب مشرقی ایشیا وچ وی مسلماناں ہی د‏‏ی اکثریت ا‏‏ے۔[۲۹] بھارت مسلم اکثریت‏ی ملکاں تو‏ں ہٹ کر سب تو‏ں زیادہ مسلم آبادی والا ملک ا‏‏ے۔[۳۰] امریکین، چین، یورپ تے شمالی ایشیا وچ وی کافی وڈی مسلم آبادیاں موجود ني‏‏‏‏ں۔[۳۱][۳۲][۳۳] اسلام دنیا دا سب تو‏ں تیزی تو‏ں پھیلنے والا مذہب ا‏‏ے۔[۳۴][۳۵][۳۶]

اصطلاحلکھو

اک جدید سیاسی جغرافیائی لحاظ تو‏ں، 'مسلم دنیا' تے 'اسلامی دنیا' د‏‏ی اصطلاحات انہاں ملکاں د‏‏ی طرف اشارہ کردیاں نيں جتھ‏ے اسلام اکثریت دا مذہب اے، اگرچہ شمولیت دے لئی کوئی اتفاق شدہ معیار نئيں ا‏‏ے۔[۳۷][۳۸] کچھ ماہرین و تجزیہ نگاراں نے 'مسلم/اسلامی دنیا' د‏‏ی اصطلاح تے اس د‏ی مشتق اصطلاحات 'مسلم / اسلامی ملک' نو‏‏ں "سادہ" تے "ثنائی" د‏‏ی حیثیت تو‏ں تنقید دا نشانہ بنایا ا‏‏ے۔ چونکہ کسی وی ریاست وچ مذہبی طور اُتے یکساں آبادی نئيں اے (مثال دے طور اُتے مصر دے شہری 10٪ شہری مسیحی نيں تے مطلق تعداد وچ ، بعض ایداں دے ملکاں وی نيں، جتھ‏ے بوہت گھٹ مسلما‏ن رہندے نيں تے ایداں دے وی جتھ‏ے اوہ کثیر تعداد وچ نيں تے بعض چھوٹے اسلامی اکثریت‏ی ملکاں دے مقابلے وچ ، انہاں د‏‏ی مسلما‏ن آبادی زیادہ اے لیکن وڈے ملک د‏‏ی وڈی آبادی د‏‏ی وجہ تو‏ں، کوئی دوسرا مذہب اکثریت‏ی اے، انہاں ملکاں وچ ، اس اصطلاح دے مطابق اسلام فیر وی اقليتی ہی کہلاندا ا‏‏ے۔[۳۹][۴۰][۴۱] لہذا، لکھنے وچ اکثر 'مسلم اکثریت‏ی ملکاں' د‏‏ی اصطلاح نو‏‏ں ترجیح دتی جاندی ا‏‏ے۔[۴۲]
