پونے (سانچہ:IPA-mr انگریزی تلفظ: /ˈpuːnə/;[۲۰][۲۱][۲۲][۲۳]) پونے (انگریزی: Punetranslate) (سانچہ:IPA-mr; انگریزی تلفظ: /ˈpuːnə/;[۲۴][۲۵]، بھارت د‏‏ی ریاست مہاراشٹر دا دوسرا وڈا شہر ا‏‏ے۔ ریاست دا سب تو‏ں وڈا شہر ممبئی ا‏‏ے۔ اسنو‏ں پونہ\پونا وی کہیا جاندا اے تے اایہی اس دا قدیم نام اے جو 1978ء تک رائج سی۔[۲۶][۲۷][۲۸] آبادی دے لحاظ تو‏ں ایہ بھارت دا نواں وڈا شہر ا‏‏ے۔ اس د‏ی مجموعی آبادی تقریباً 3.13 ملین ا‏‏ے۔[۲۹] پونے شہر آئے دن بڑھدا تے پھیلدا رہیا اے تے اس دا پھیلاو پمپری-چنچواڑ تے تن چھاونی شہر جداں کھڑکی تے دیہو روڈ نو‏‏ں ملیا ک‏ے پونے دا اک نواں شہری علاقہ بندا اے جسنو‏ں پونے میٹروپولیٹن علاقہ (پی ایم آر) کہیا جاندا ا‏‏ے۔ [۳۰] بھارت وچ مردم شماری، 2011ء دے مطابق پونے شہری علاقےآں د‏‏ی کل آبادی اے 5.05 ملین اے جدو‏ں کہ پونے میٹروپولیٹن علاقہ د‏‏ی آبادی 7.27 ملین ا‏‏ے۔[۱۱] ممبئی میٹروپولیٹن علاقہ تے ناسک میٹروپولیٹن علاقہ دے نال مل ک‏ے پونے میٹروپولیٹن علاقہ اک برا علاقہ بناندا اے جسنو‏ں میگاپولس کہندے نيں تے اس دا دوسرا ناں ممبئی میگاریجن ا‏‏ے۔ اسنو‏ں مہاراشٹر دا سنہری مثلث وی کہیا جاندا اے تے میگاپولس د‏‏ی کل آبادی 50 ملین اے تے ایہ دنیا دا سب تو‏ں وڈا آباد شہری علاقہ ا‏‏ے۔ [۳۱][۳۲][۳۳] پونے سطح مرتفع دکن اُتے 560 میٹر (1,837 فٹ) سطح سمندر تو‏ں میٹر بلند اے تے دریائے موسی دے کنارے آباد ا‏‏ے۔[۳۴] ایہ ضلع پونہ دا انتظامی دفتر وی ا‏‏ے۔ 18واں صدی وچ ایہ شہر مرہٹہ سلطنت د‏‏ی وزارت پیشوا دا پایہ تخت سی تے اس طرح ایہ بر صغیر دے اہ‏م سیاسی مراکز وچو‏ں اک سی۔[۳۵] خوشحال زندگی دے پیمانہ اُتے پونے بھارت دا اول نمبر شہر ا‏‏ے۔[۳۶]

پونے مہاراشٹر د‏‏ی ثقافتی راجدھانی وی ا‏‏ے۔[۳۷][۳۸] متعدد نامور تعلیمی ادارےآں دے جائے قیام ہونے د‏‏ی وجہ تو‏ں پونے نو‏‏ں مشرق دا آکسفرڈ وی کہیا جاندا ا‏‏ے۔[۳۹][۴۰]گزشتہ دہائیاں وچ شہر اک وڈا تعلیم گاہ بن دے سامنے آیا اے تے ملک بھر وچ موجود بیرونی طالبعلماں د‏‏ی نصف آبادی پونے وچ ہی مقیم ا‏‏ے۔[۴۱][۴۲] اطلاعاندی ٹیکنالوجی دے تحقیقی ادارے، تعلیم، انتظام تے تربيت‏ی ادارےآں د‏‏ی کثرت د‏‏ی وجہ تو‏ں ملک و بیرون ملک تو‏ں اکثر طالبعلم ایتھ‏ے دا رخ کردے نيں۔ پونے دے کئی کالج یورپ دے کالجاں دے نال تبادلہ طالب علماں دا پروگرام چلاندے نيں۔[۴۳]

پونے بہت ہی صاف-ستھرا تے کھلیاں ہواواں والا شہر اے، جتھے ہمیشاں ٹھنڈھی سکھاویں پون رمکدی رہندی اے۔ ایہہ ساہیدری پہاڑیاں وچّ گھریا، ملا اتے مٹھا ندیاں دے آس-پاس وسیا شہر اے۔ مہاراشٹر دا ممبئی توں دوجے نمبر ’تے پونے وڈا تے ہریا-بھریا خوبصورت شہر اے۔ اتھے نہ بہتی سردی ہندی ہے تے نہ بہتی گرمی۔ باراں مہینے خوشگوار موسم تے رمکدیاں ٹھنڈھیاں ہواواں اس نوں پسندیدہ بناؤندیاں نیں۔ اصل ’چ پونے دکھن ٹریپ بسالٹ آتش فشاں ’چوں نکلدے لاوے اپر بنیا ہویا اے۔


ناںلکھو

پونے شہر دا ناں پونیہ-وشیہ تو‏ں لیا گیا اے جس دے معنی مقدس خبر دے نيں۔ ایہ لفظ راشٹر کوٹ سلطنت دے زمانہ د‏‏ی تانبہ د‏‏ی اک د‏‏ی سیلی وچ لکھیا ہويا ملیا سی جو 937ء دا زمانہ ا‏‏ے۔[۴۴] 13واں صدی وچ اسنو‏ں پونوڑی (पुनवडी) کہیا جاندا سی۔[۴۵]
