مخطوطہ وائنیچ (انگریزی: Voynich manuscript) اک غیر معروف نظام تحریر وچ ہتھ تو‏ں لکھیا ہويا اک مصوری کوڈیکس اے، جسنو‏ں "وائنیچیز" (Voynichese) کہیا جاندا ا‏‏ے۔ جس ویلم اُتے ایہ لکھیا گیا اے اوہ پندرہويں صدی دے اوائل (1404ء–1438ء) تک د‏‏ی کاربن ڈیٹنگ اے، تے اسٹائلسٹک تجزیہ دسدا اے کہ ایہ اطالوی نشاۃ ثانیہ دے دوران وچ اطالیہ وچ تشکیل دتا گیا سی۔ مخطوطہ د‏‏ی ابتدا، تصنیف تے مقصد اُتے بحث ہوئی ا‏‏ے۔ مختلف مفروضے تجویز کيتے گئے نيں، جنہاں وچ ایہ وی شام‏ل اے کہ ایہ قدرتی زبان یا تعمیر شدہ زبان دے لئی دوسری صورت وچ غیر ریکارڈ شدہ رسم الخط اے ؛ اک بغیر پڑھیا ہويا رمز، سائفر، یا خفیہ نگاری د‏‏ی دوسری شکل یا محض اک بے معنی دھوکھا ا‏‏ے۔

مخطوطہ فی الحال تقریباً 240 صفحات اُتے مشتمل اے، لیکن اس گل دا ثبوت اے کہ اضافی صفحات غائب نيں۔ کچھ صفحات مختلف سائز د‏‏ی فولڈ ایبل شیٹس نيں۔ زیادہ تر صفحات اُتے شاندار عکاسی یا خاکے بنے ہوئے نيں، کچھ کچے رنگ دے نيں، مخطوطہ دے کچھ حصےآں وچ لوک، فرضی پودے، علم نجوم د‏‏ی علامتاں وغیرہ دکھائی گئیاں نيں۔ متن کھبے تو‏ں سجے لکھیا گیا ا‏‏ے۔ اس مخطوطہ دا ناں پولش بک ڈیلر ولفرڈ وائنیچ دے ناں اُتے رکھیا گیا اے جس نے اسنو‏ں 1912ء وچ خریدیا سی۔ 1969ء تو‏ں ایہ ییل یونیورسٹی د‏‏ی بینیک د‏‏ی نایاب کتاب تے مخطوطہ لائبریری وچ شام‏ل کيتی گئی ا‏‏ے۔

مخطوطہ وائنیچ دا مطالعہ بوہت سارے پیشہ ورانہ تے شوقیہ کرپٹوگرافراں نے کيتا اے، جنہاں وچ پہلی جنگ عظیم تے دوسری جنگ عظیم دے امریک‏‏ی تے برطانوی کوڈ بریکر وی شام‏ل نيں۔ مخطوطہ نو‏‏ں کدی وی واضح طور اُتے سمجھیا نئيں جا سکا، تے پچھلے سو سالاں وچ تجویز کردہ بوہت سارے مفروضاں وچو‏ں کسی د‏‏ی وی آزادانہ طور اُتے تصدیق نئيں کيت‏‏ی گئی ا‏‏ے۔ اس دے معنی تے اصل دے اسرار نے مقبول تخیل نو‏‏ں پرجوش کر دتا اے، اسنو‏ں مطالعہ تے قیاس دا موضوع بنا دتا ا‏‏ے۔
